When you join the launch list

We collect your email address and your consent to receive Magic MTA launch and demo announcements. Your name, company, intended use and sending-volume range are optional. We also record the time, consent wording version and signup source, such as the admin demo preview.

We use these details to manage launch interest, understand potential customers’ needs and prepare relevant announcements. This first version stores your request without sending an automated email. Addresses are not yet verified; joining the list does not create a product account.

Website measurement

We count launch-link clicks, form starts and successful new signups in daily totals. These counters do not include email addresses, names or a visitor identifier. They are approximate event counts, not a measure of unique people.

To limit automated abuse, the signup service temporarily stores a keyed, one-way representation of your network address. These rate-limit records expire after 48 hours and are removed on the next request to the signup or measurement service. It does not save your raw network address in the launch-list database. The hosting provider may separately retain ordinary access and security logs.

Storage and access

Launch-list details are stored in a private database outside the public website directory. Access is limited to authorized operators and infrastructure providers needed to host and maintain this website. We do not sell launch-list details or include them in website analytics.

We retain launch-list details while we prepare and run the launch, unless you ask us to remove them sooner. We will review the list after launch and remove records no longer needed. A separate confirmation workflow and updated information will accompany any future email announcement service.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or removal of your details, or withdraw consent, using our contact page. Tell us that your request relates to the Magic MTA launch list and the email address you used. We may need to verify that you control the address before acting.

Browser preferences and external links

We save your motion preference locally in your browser when you choose Pause motion. This website does not use advertising cookies. Links to WhatsApp, Telegram and other external websites are subject to those services’ privacy practices.

Changes to this page

If the way we collect or use launch-list information changes, we will update this page and its date. The consent version recorded with your signup preserves the wording you accepted.
